AES EDC Application

Abuzar Enterprise Solutions · Effective date: 14 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Abuzar Enterprise Solutions (“AES”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the AES EDC Application for EDC terminal guidance, document readiness, installation coordination and related business enquiries.

1. Information We Collect

The enquiry flow may ask for business and contact information such as business name and category, business entity, contact person, mobile number, optional email address, installation district/area/address/PIN code, premises and business status, document-readiness status, preferred terminal and quantity, guidance preference, bank name and account type, approximate transaction-volume range, payment-acceptance requirement and optional service interests.

No KYC file upload: The AES EDC Application does not provide a facility to upload Masked Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements, card details or other KYC document files through this enquiry form.

2. How the enquiry works

Information entered in the enquiry is used to prepare a review screen and a structured WhatsApp message. When you choose the final action, the application creates an enquiry reference and opens WhatsApp for the AES support number. The message is not delivered until you tap Send inside WhatsApp. Information sent through WhatsApp is processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their applicable terms and privacy practices and is received by Our Team for enquiry handling.

3. How We Use Information

4. Sharing

Our Team does not sell personal information submitted through the enquiry flow. Information is shared with Our Team only when you tap Send in WhatsApp. It may be handled by WhatsApp/Meta and may be shared with service providers or applicable EDC/processing providers only as reasonably necessary to review or fulfil the service you request, subject to their own requirements and applicable law.

5. Payments and card data

The AES EDC Application is an assistance and enquiry application. It does not process card payments or card transactions, store payment-card numbers, provide a digital wallet or receive merchant settlement funds through this application.

6. Security

Our Team uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information it handles. No online or messaging method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents or credentials through the enquiry message.

7. Data Retention and Data Deletion

Our Team may retain enquiry messages and related service records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, support the requested service, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion of enquiry information held by Our Team by contacting the privacy email below. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal and legitimate record-retention requirements.

8. Children

This application is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

9. External services and location directories

The application can open external services such as WhatsApp, email and social-media pages when you choose those actions. To standardise a business installation address, it may also query published Telangana administrative-location data and India Post locality/PIN information. The application does not request device GPS. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the application or data-handling practices change. The effective date shown above should be updated when material changes are published.

Location selections

District, mandal and available locality suggestions are processed within the application to help standardise the installation location. The application does not use device GPS.
